Nagaei Ohyashume [Long Vacation]

when everything isn't going on well in our lives, or when we keep on hitting into rocks,
and when we get tired,
we pack our failures into our luggage and go on a long vacation.

And on that long vacation, we can stop trying so hard,
stop trying to mend relationships,
stop trying to work for our goals,
stop pushing ourselves,
stop focusing on being tensed all the time,
stop thinking for others,
stop thinking about how to make a living, and
stop thinking about how to live our lives.

Because we tell ourselves,
that this is a God-Sent LONG VACATION.

and on that LONG VACATION, we will just wait.
Wait for the rules to change.
Wait for the spotlight to finally shine on us, the by-standers.
Wait for our turn to shine under that spotlight.

And then, maybe things will turn and change.
Maybe, they will all turn and change for the better.

i guess on this long vacation, we will finally stop thinking for ourselves too.
